XERF uses advanced monopolar radiofrequency technology that combines two frequencies — 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz — to deliver controlled heating to the skin and underlying tissues. In its deepest treatment mode, both frequencies are delivered within a single pulse, allowing for multi-layered treatment of the structures responsible for skin firmness and youthful facial contours.

The technology offers three treatment depths — superficial, middle, and deep — along with ten intensity levels for a highly personalized approach. The intelligent Accurate Impedance Feedback system continuously monitors tissue resistance in real time to support precise energy delivery, while Wave Fit™ technology distributes energy through a sequence of gentler pulses for more even, comfortable heating. Integrated cryogen cooling and five temperature sensors provide additional control and protection for the skin’s surface throughout the treatment.

Controlled heating stimulates the contraction of existing collagen fibers and activates the skin’s natural production of new collagen. The result is visibly firmer, denser, and more elastic skin, reduced sagging, and better-defined facial contours, with rejuvenating effects that continue to develop over the following months.
